The class of 1941

The next team I'm going to present contains players born in1941. Including two of the most famous english footballers. Bobby Moore, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest defenders of all time, and was cited by Pelé as the greatest defender that he had ever played against. And Sir Geoff Hurst the only male footballer to score a hattrick in a world cup final.

GK: Peter Bonetti; Reserve for Gordon Banks when England won the world cup in 66' and 495 appearances for Chelsea.

RB: Georges Heylens; 7x belgian champion with Anderlecht and world cup 1970 participant.

CB: Bobby Moore; captain when England won the world cup in 66' and 544 appearances for West Ham.

CB: Mike England; won four major trophies in 300 appearances for Tottenham.

LB: Tony Dunne; won the european cup in 1968 2x english champion and 414 appearances for Man Utd.

DCM: Gérson; was considered the "brain" behind the Brazilian squad that won the 1970 World Cup.

LM: Mario Corso; 2x european cup champion and 4x italian champion with "grande Inter"

FW: Sir Geoff Hurst; won the world cup in 66' scoring the most famous goal in the world in the final.

FW: Flórián Albert; won the ballon d'or in 1967 an is described as one of the most elegant footballers of all time.
